Because Paramount Capital provides instant digital access to our simulated trading platforms, all purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

Challenge violations

Failure to pass the evaluation

Platform downtime from third-party providers

Accidental purchases

Change of mind
This policy is consistent with industry standards.
2. Refund Exceptions
We may offer a refund only if:

A technical issue prevents you from receiving your challenge account and

Our team confirms the issue is caused by Paramount Capital

AND we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours
These are rare and handled case-by-case.
3. Free Restarts / Free Retries
Free retries may be offered only when:

The trader does not breach rules

The account finishes positive or breakeven

The trader requests a retry before the account expires

4. Chargebacks
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate:

Account suspension

Ban from all future challenges

Reporting to fraud prevention systems
